Frequently asked questions
What if I don’t pick up my order?
Make sure you collect your order within the specified pickup window. If you do not pick it up in time, the store may have to throw it away. In either case, you will forfeit the amount you paid for the Wonder Bag, which will go to the vendor as if you picked it up.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge in the order screen up to 2h before pickup. After that, you cannot cancel your order anymore.
What can I do if I'm not happy with the contents of the Wonder Bag?
Ensuring the quality of vendors on GoNiña is our utmost priority, though we don't have direct control over the contents of each store's Wonder Bag. Should you be unhappy with your Wonder Bag, please contact our support for assistance and we'll do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
